Do you hate vegetables?

That sucks, because their pretty friggin awesome for you! But I understand, some of them taste like dirt covered twigs!  I used to hate ALL veggies, now I love MOST.

Give it time, some of those veggies you think taste like dirt will start tasting good.  I know you don’t believe me, but keep the faith.

You just gotta find a way to sneak those bad boys in without feeling like you’re eating your yard.

Here’s an easy way to sneak Cauliflower into your meals. RICE IT!

Will it taste like rice? Are you kidding me? Of course not… its “Cauliflower Rice”… and remember you think it tastes like dirt, right? So it won’t really take the place of rice, in fact it has more of a couscous texture to me. Hopefully it provides you a way to enjoy it.

  1. Wash a head of Cauliflower and pat it dry.
  2. Core it and break it into pieces.
  3. Toss it into a food processor and let it rip
  4. Heat Coconut Oil. 1-2 Tablespoons of Coconut depending on how big your Cauliflower is. Use REAL butter if don’t have coconut oil.
  5. Toss Into the Pan and Stir for a 4-5 minutes. Grab a fork, blow on it, try a bite, and see if it’s cooked
  6. Season it: I like using Smoked Paprika, Garlic and Season Salt. Get creative: Cumin, Coriander, Curry, whatever your little heart desires!
